sometimes hard to get what you ask for, certain tower, or adjoining rooms when making reservations. Something is seriously wrong with the process if it takes that long. It had life guards around the pool. Is it compulsory to practice social distancing in Aquarius Casino Resort?

We would definitely be back each year to celebrate my sister's birthday and reserve at this resort. I called housekeeping not wanting to make a fuss nobody came. Social distancing was not observed at the pool at all. However, the line for online check-ins was significantly shorter than the regular check-in line. It was a massive casino. Rooms are big and comfortable. On the table was a Boyd's single cup coffee maker which looked very durable.

Laughlin is in the 12th percentile for safety, meaning 88% of cities are safer and 12% of cities are more dangerous. There is some metal piece covering the ?expansion? Spend some time doing a walk along the river front.

I have been trying to get answers for almost 2 days now and they keep giving me the run around. !.best $100.00 I spent. Check in was quick, nice guy helped us. The room was a decent size but it definitely had seen some better days. Thank you for having us. Pool is nice although I will say if they want people to buy drinks there they gotta step it upwaited for 30 minutes and never got served same line for food and drinks was quicker to walk to room and back. We have visited this Casino many times. The rooms and hotel are very clean. Aha on a cart and said " it looks like you better sit down. I have stayed at every Hotel & Casino in Laughlin and this is by far the best. Price was reasonable at under $60 with tax for a king non smoking room. Was very unhappy with the room. They told me the don't have NFL ticket anymore but they'll take my money to bet. TERRIBLE GUEST SERVICE. Best Italian restaurant in town, in fact best in town.

I'm not PAYING a machine to count coins, nevermind 20 quarters in palm of my hand!) Totally ignorant and uncaring. Disgusting!! The beds were hard and the room was dirty. I did see several long time employees here.

The outback steak house was a complete different experience. Other than that this casino is at an ideal location and lots of fun!

all the staff was supper nice and helpful. Then the guy at the front desk did not find my reservation and then said I was booked for the 16th to idk what date when I was showing him my reservation code and it said the day and time.

The place was inundated with bugs. No where to sit and the pool was over run by kids!!! The hotel has two large towers and offers rooms with a view of the river and casino district. Needs some renovations. It's a cheap mini gambling town but for the price we get what we expect. We always look forward to our stay there. The Aquarius is a massive complex with the usual casio on the ground floor and 2 hotel towers above. Her head was down and just looked at the screen. Some just did not seem happy to be there. Now for the good.

Casino was ok, but lots of options around, like the Riverside. The elevators were clean, fast and never waited more than a minute for one. That can't really be helped but I remember when they first remodeled and I loved that it wasn't saturated in smoke yet. Ok your a premoiere and now you are going to make me do all of the work to correct your mistake.

It's a great value - super price (but note that a resort fee will be added when you arrive). I just got back here and that did not happen. This is the worst experience I've ever had here or any Hotel me and my friends/family come here all the time and always are provided good service buy not today. They have a really nice pool that has lifeguards on duty and they have 2 hours in tbe morning and 2 hours in the evening that is just for adults at the pool. They gym remains closed due to Covid-19. We were looking for a great weekend but it was ruined by the screaming kids and big mouth adults carrying on late at night. we were able to walk to the E center when the show was via the river walk. We ask that our guests take each other into consideration and go above and beyond for each other while having a good time.

I don't really see the "resort" aspect either (although I was charge a resort fee) as there isn't a beach, a spa, or a golf course anywhere in sight. We met up with a dear friend of ours while we were there.

I decided I didn't want to remain in this room and went to the front desk for assistance. Taking a shower nearly turned into a bath. Pool was open but not the two hot tub areas. You then had to find lifts to take you to reception. We ate at Outback and had great service and food. This tub did not drain at all. Great pool and fitness center. Laughlin is sooo much better value than Vegas. The buffet is awesome. Staff was very helpful and prompt with anything we needed. Originally called Bullhead Dam, Davis Dam was renamed after Arthur Powell Davis, who was the director of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation from 1914 to 1923. Therefore difficult to comment on sleep quality. Also, the crowd is much older than you might expect or that is portrayed on the website. I am making it my mission to tell everyone at the Foreign Legion and the VFW about your conduct!

Pool was very crowded considering covid restrictions. Luckily the hotels opened just in time for our trip.

Fantastic Rueben sandwich in cafe. We are non-smokers and we can not stay in the casino for any length of time. The casino itself is pretty nice. Great view of river from window. I have young adults and they like to have fun. We spoke with the manager upon check-in, she did not provide her name, and she was rude, said no, they will make no accommodation for us take what there is or leave.Because we are here for our anniversary, we decided to try it.

I have stayed in a few places in Laughlin and this is on the bottom.

Witnessed a woman slumped over a slot machine injecting herself with a 'substance'. We provided our players card when we ordered it there at the outside podium and were supposed to receive a 10% discount and 15 points for every dollar, but did not. Staff was friendly enough but it was just a depressing hotel. They have the diners within the hotel and there is lots of friendly pleasant people. The room was fine.

Thank goodness I bring wipes. Security guards have some sort of god complex and think they can treat paying guests like they aren't even people. Pillows too firm so your head tilts forward. Came here for just 2 nights over a weekend. Horrible experience. The one thing we do not like is the smell of smoke when exiting the elevators that lead to the casino. It's quiet so you can sleep and exciting when you play the machines. Laughlin itself doesn't have very much else to offer in the way of shopping so don't go expecting to have a shopping trip while you are there. It was indicitave of the entire buffet.

And was told yes. We like to play here because they have video poker machines that pay almost 100%.

They harassed us each night for our ID's multiple times (again I totally understand why) but after they would check our ID's they would follow us around just staring at us.

She was able to seat us after a few minutes even though there were reservations. Would definitely stay again . We usually get a suite but this time we got connecting river view rooms.

The rooms were beautiful and all had a nice view. They don't allow outside food and beverages but they kind of looked the other way since the food service was closed but a couple people brought in coolers and were asked to take them out of the pool area.

Great car valet service. Stay at Riverside or Edgewater. Checkin was a bit slow as only had one person on most of the time. I will return very soon. After my stay, I spoke with Asst Mgr Michael Dolan about this. Next morning we had coupons for their breakfast buffet. Check out on both TV's did not work. My husband and I are veterans and the way we were treated here was not right. I was signed in.

The TV was disappointing. The pros: no bloody resort fees, basic rooms have a decent view thanks to the angled windows, comfortable bed, rooms have both coffee maker (K-cup) and mini fridge, good selection of machines, relatively easy parking. Since the hotel was a "full house" we requested a roll away bed that they brought up with no blankets.

There are a lot of casinos around the country to choose from that are better than this place. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the casinos. Overall employees were very nice.

I was not impressed with this facility compared to the other in the area, but it had long lines of cars to get in so gave it a try. My last issue was with the cocktail waitresses. We encountered a few issues, but the manager on duty quickly fixed the issues to the best of her ability. I mentioned the smoke issued to the maintenance man who came to install a lightbulb but he really had no answer for me. Also, they have a very good coffee shop which sells wine and some sandwiches. I noticed later into the afternoon/evening they had people standing at the doors counting people entering/exiting. . Most of the backs were not getting cleaned as I watched the cleaning staff make rounds throughout the floor. Just be sure to ask up front all the charges that will be charged to your account. Our room was tired, but had a great view of river and mountains. It was so bad I had to sleep sideways on it. Have to give them a 5 star . They do keep the machines up pretty well. Masks are still recommended for individuals who are not fully vaccinated, those with underlying health conditions and in healthcare facilities. After traveling from Virginia Beach i decided to make my last stop in Laughlin for one night, i always stay at the Aquarius on trips to Laughlin .Check in was very long we finally got a room not paying attention to the bill i went up to my room after a closer look at the bill i noticed i was charged a resort ,ten dollars plus tax,the very reason i stopped going to Vegas,i won't say i will never go back i will just go local a lots more.The hotel is in need of some sprucing up as a long time patron some of the rooms are showing a lot of age,i don't know if all Laughlin hotels are on the resort fee band wagon but i heard a few complaints ,also too many dogs their policy used to be service dogs only. Manager seemed "mystified" and seemed to lack any deportment expected of a manager. I know times are rough at the present. Stayed on a Monday and Tues eve. Will never stay here again. The casino is nice, big, and in the best location in Laughlin.

Played around at the pool. We are excited to see that your overall stay was enjoyable and convenient. My wife had scallops and I had veal. This property continues to improve. We arrived at the Aquarius all danced out and definitely ready for bed. Nice that they give you bottled water at check in. Our room was dusty and the hotel seemed a bit dirty. The water taxi stand is right outside of the California Tower. But we're not big bet gamblers, and we do get free night offers.

This only leads me to believe that vacuuming was either skipped or hurried.

I will say the front desk staff and the bell staff were spectacular. Went to see Dwight Yoakum this weekend great show even though he was under the weather. The hotel is totally overcrowded, we waited 2 hours for the check-in and the pool was full of people, too.

Had to be replaced. The gambling could always be better, however is also OK. Pool area was nice with a stand with beverages and food options.

The rooms look as advertised. The phone number I'm using is the same number that I used when I made the reservation it was answered promptly at the same time of day.

It was a pleasant hotel. if you can get the one or two bedroom suite the view will not disappoint. Bathrooms are getting old .., restaurants are good, pool area is really nice. It is just a hassle getting there through the casino and all the gates outside. I booked a king river view room mentioning it was our 35th wedding anniversary. If you are looking for comfortable rooms, try the suites.

Service has changed with ownership change. Huge mistake. Nice visit, everyone nice.. making reservations ok, never get an email confirmation. The only downside to the experience was the cashier at the store. The supervisor himself also tried to help the guest and acted in a professional and friendly way. We enjoyed our stay in Laughlin at the Aquarius.

This one DEFINITELY isn't a top hotel by any means. Free bottles of water at reception.. Would stay here again. The room was nice, but there was an unpleasant odor that came through the vents during the night and the shower drained very slowly.

Access to the water taxi, a pool, restaurants, bars, gambling. This extraordinary 3-mile trail extends along the Nevada shore of the Colorado River from Laughlin to Davis Dam and at a leisurely pace take more than an hour to traverse, not counting pauses in the casinos along the way for nourishment or diversion. Will NOT lock. Price was right !! The rooms also boast free wi-fi. We ordered nice dinners but they came in go boxes with plastic utensils. You can take a bus from Hemet to Aquarius Casino Resort via Fourth NS G Street, Perris, San Bernardino, Las Vegas, and Bullhead City in around 10h 43m. The TV is full of snow.

(They said this is what the Las Vegas shooter did.) I really like that, sometimes you just dont want to have kids around splashing you and their parents say nothing to them. Valet service declined too. I am not into casinos , so can only review the hotel stay. They offer bellhop service; again free.

The staff here friendly; didn't have any issues with the help. Our stay started out on the wrong foot with valet service but once we got past that it was great. Not good not nice not friendly and not appreciated by us . The rooms all have a view of the Colorado river. Several restaurants offer great food and good service. This was our second time in Laughlin and first time staying at the Aquarius. Tons of kids.

I really enjoy visiting the Aquarius and am planning on going back next month.

There was a whistling noise coming from something in the bathroom ceiling; I closed the bathroom door but could still hear the noise all night long; therefore, I kept the TV on all night. Okay, we will take the two queens. We heard no noise from the adjoining rooms, and housekeeping didn't show up too early. Take the boardwalk to the famous Riverside Resort for additional fun or the river taxi up the river to visit other venues. They would walk around in there bathing suits with beers in there hands screaming across the room to each other. If they didn't claim them to be "river view" and didn't charge extra, people would then only be pleasantly surprised that they got a room where they could see a tiny bit of river out of the corner of their room, rather than feeling ripped after paying for a "river view" room and not getting that. She's a tiny little ole thang!!! Had hole in bathroom door reported it to mainteninance so I was not charged, they also responded timely.

The rooms, although old, we're clean and comfortable. Treatment last time was horrible at front desk and maid service no better. called again no answer from front desk or housekeeping.

Stayed here for five nights.

There was hair on the floor. Awesome. The Vineyard Restaurant was beautiful and had a fantastic menu. The entertainment was great as everything is within walking distance with majority of hotels overlooking river.

Room was excellent view but very 1985 with carpets and fittings. She seemed irrited that we went in the wrong way. The bed was comfortable enough. The television was like watching TV with a hangar antenna. We haven't stayed at a casino with kids so it was kind of different experience. They continued with the fact that security could not do anything about it because it would be difficult to figure out who was smoking on the floor. The road distance is 254.4 miles. We will be back for another visit next year. Then after finally getting our ticket we go to check in with the agent. I don't usually leave this negative of a review but I truly was extremely disappointed. The nearby communities of Bullhead City, Arizona; Needles, California; Fort Mohave, Arizona; and Mohave Valley, Arizona, bring the Laughlin area's total population to about 100,000. Casino was smoky, but our room was not.

A complete phaseshift in gaming as compared to Lost Wages! All staff were friendly and helpfull. our bellman's name was Mark and he was awesome. The bedrooms are big and pleasant and have wonderful views from your room. Everything's pretty convenient. It's only used on people actually checking in to the hotel. Casino hasn't been super friendly to me as of late, but great service from the bartenders and servers.

We were a little lost at the beginning and they were very condescending that it made us feel stupid for asking such questions. As for the buffet, it did not live up to its past history.

The last time I stayed at this hotel/casino was a big get-together. I did love the boardwalk right outside the hotel along the river. The free internet was iffy at best. To provide you with the best experience, we have implemented the following: Team member training has been provided for a safe and clean visit, Entry point screening to maintain appropriate capacity limits by property, Congregation control to limit the size of groups gathering, Enhanced sanitizing of high contact areas including slot machines, countertops, tabletops, door handles and seat surfaces, Self check-in kiosks** available for your convenience, or if you prefer, we will have front desk agents available to assist you with your check-in. 2 hours later I go downstairs to talk to the front desk that no one has come to the room. food selection various for everyone's taste. It helped little. Rooms are clean, bright, nicely appointed and fairly quiet. Golden Entertainment (owner) should be proud.

Looked like the vacuums really don't work still stuff on carpet. Effective Feb. 10, 2022, the State of Nevada has lifted mask mandates, including in resorts and casinos, restaurants, bars, showrooms and meeting spaces. Enjoyed the Riverwalk and visiting all the other sights in Laughlin. The pillow cases are clean, but the makeup stained sheets are still there. Hotel has access to a water taxi for easier commute. I would also have liked to have known that there was a difference between the California Tower and the Arizona Tower when I had booked as the Arizona Tower allows kids, where the California Tower is for Adults only. Let me tell you about the wifi. To access the wifi, you log on to the sign on page, put in your room number, then your last name. They also have a Gym, swimming pool, tennis courts and you are able to go out the back and sit and look across the river at the back which is beautiful. Are Laughlin casinos open? This was a good hotel staff happy to help and attentive without being annoying or pestering like some establishments, the room was clean and comfortable, we were there on thanksgiving and went to the buffet (special buffet) this was so disappointing overpriced and over subscribed everything was cold and wasn't a nice experience we returned later in the week one evening when it was much quieter and it was a whole different experience, good food and all nicely done. We had to ask housekeeping for bedding and pillows for that. Sports book set up pretty good. She put me on hold and transferred me to the front desk without even telling me . I like that the casino is open. We always stay the night so we don't have to drive home we have stayed at several of the hotels in laughlin but the Aquarius is by far my favorite. The pool was about as ugly as I've ever seen. Upon my arrival at check-in, we were told that there was a water problem. had flat screen TV's and all that but the colors and the types of future were just a little older but in great shape. Laughlin is open and excited to welcome you for a much-needed escape along the Colorado River, without restrictions involving capacity limits and large gatherings.

I ended up paying $72 more than if I booked just the rooms!

This is the second time since Golden Entertainment and William Hill took over this property that the server was down. The guest service lady gave it to me. I liked hotels commitment to cleanliness But will pass on caf next time.. For blood pressure's sake next time.
