The parties to this Agreement are the student attending an iD Tech Program at Stanford University (Participant), Participant's parents or legal guardian, if Participant is under 18, (all referred to hereafter jointly and severally as "Participant") and the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University its officers, trustees, faculty, agents, representatives, volunteers, students and employees (collectively referred to hereafter as "Stanford) for iD Tech programs held at Stanford University (Event) (Stanford and Event are collectively referred to hereafter as Released Parties). Only one refund available per student per topic, and refunds will only be processed once per month so may take up to 60 days from initial submittal. For your security, your credit card security number is not stored in our system. Third party equipment and add ons may be sold along with Classes or Lessons, but in doing so, iD Tech only acts as a shipper or an intermediary to get the equipment/add on shipped. WE ARE A SMOKE FREE CAMPUS. iD Tech reserves the right to deny the refund to anyone based on its inability to verify test scores, or to match the student identified in the score announcement to a student that took an AP preparatory lesson. Students taking four or more AP preparatory lessons are eligible to receive a $50 refund upon demonstrating they received a 5 on the AP exam on the same topic as which they took their lessons. Students and parents/guardians should also be aware that under no circumstances should students give their personal contact information to staff, nor is staff allowed to give students or parents/guardians their personal contact information without prior permission. Governing Law and Venue. Tuition credit will be applied within 4-6 weeks from the time the referred client registers and pays in full. Adherence to Standards. You certify that your student is in good health and able to participate in the program activities. Each room will be inspected prior to arrival and before departure and any damages to the room or to University property will be assessed and charged to the program, which may then be assessed to the participant. Information collected through iD Sites & Services may be transferred, disclosed, or shared with third parties engaged by us to handle and deliver certain activities, such as housing, meals, payment processing, mail/email distribution, software providers, and to perform other technical and processing functions, such as maintaining data integrity, programming operations, user services, or technology services. When you engage with our content on or through social media services or other third party platforms, plug-ins, integrations or applications, you may allow us to have access to certain information in your profile. Leaving the program or residence hall without permission and appropriate supervision is a violation of our conduct policy. In order to access certain features of the social networking sites or pages on iDTech.com, and to post Member Submissions, the majority of these sites require that the user open an account with them. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including (a) releasing the University and the Auxiliary Organizations from all liability, (b) promising not to sue the University and the Auxiliary Organizations (c) and assuming all risks of participating in this Activity, including travel to, from and during the Activity. We may access, preserve, and/or disclose the information we collect and/or content you and/or your student/child provides to us (including information posted on our forums) to a law enforcement agency or other third parties if required to do so by law or with a good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with legal process; (ii) enforce the Terms and Conditions of iD Sites & Services; (iii) respond to claims that the content violates the rights of third parties; or (iv) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the owners or users of iD Sites & Services, a third party, or the general public. Equipment and add ons can only be delivered to physical addresses within the continental United States (No PO Boxes). I understand that a session is one hour long, and will be provided between August 1st and October 31st from 6am and 9pm Pacific Time. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless UT Dallas and its governing board, officers, employees, and representatives from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my child's negligent or intentional act or omission while participating in the described camp/academy.
