Doesnt really matter if you have too much water. My wife works in an office that use a shredder and she collects bags of that, so we dont try to add energy to the process. I like the idea of different sized containers.

I put the draining bucket on top of the other bucket to save the water you can re-use the same water many times.
Addendum to my reply, above. Definitely cost you some, but would greatly increase the volume. In an emergency, Id use them if thats all I had available.
