The reception was at the golf and it was a perfect venue with a terrace on the golf, the hall was rustic just beautiful.

Target golf at its finest requiring a strategic tee shot followed by an uphill approach to the toughest green on the course that slopes severely to the left.The 9th hole may be the most dangerous, a short straight uphill par 3 with a green that is perched on top of a cliff so dont be short.

At Fairmont Le Chteau Montebello, the noble game of golf preserves all of its prestige, and offers pure enjoyment and natural beauty. I hope that as we get past Covid, the staffing levels will improve and some of the features will reopen or be better managed and maintained. However the rooms themselves, particularly the bed, are old and not really clean. Brooks Cruise ship landed at 0700.
The staff were able to adapt to the guests needs, an example between courses some of the guests went to sit outside on the terrace and they were served their granit outside, a nice touch!
